Washington D.C. Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan has been assigned for the upcoming Jan 6th proceedings.
Judge Chutkan an Obama appointee since 2014 has been very tough on January 6th defendants during past trials.
Chutkan has also rebuked Trump and ordered that he must turn over his records to the national archives in a past court hearing. Stated in her ruling about Trump “Presidents are not kings and Plaintiff is not President”.
