Potential Fourth Indictment Of Trump Coming this Week

CNN has reported: “Former Georgia Lt. Gov Geoff Duncan, a Republican, said Saturday on CNN that he has been told to appear Tuesday before a Fulton County grand jury to testify about the efforts by Trump and his allies. Independent journalist George Chidi posted on social media later Saturday that he’d been told to appear before the grand jury on Tuesday, too.”

Chidi confirmed on X that he will testify Tuesday in Fulton County Georgia.

It looks as though Rock Star District Attorney Fani Willis, of Fulton County, Georgia. Is set to present her final arguments before a Grand Jury. To obtain yet another indictment for the disgraced former President Donald Trump.

The pending 4th indictment of Trump is the culmination of a nearly 3-year investigation by Willis and her team. Willis is reported to be seeking racketeering and conspiracy charges in the case. A strategy she has been successful with in prior cases built on these same charges.

It appears as though Trump, will not be alone if a grand jury indicts him on the States evidence. It’s been reported that possibly more than a dozen Co-conspirators will face charges in the matter.

Racateering is a charge often used in organized crime cases. It does seem like an appropriate charge for Trump’s actions around the 2020 election. Since Trump’s deeds more resemble that of a “Mob Boss” than a President.

Being a State prosecution, Trump and his underlings can’t avoid the consequences even if Trump were to win the 2024 Presidential election. As a President can only pardon criminals on Federal charges. That fact, has the Orange American and his lackeys scrambling for a way to avoid the eventual charges. This motivation could inspire potential Co-conspirators to flip faster than a “twistie-less” Simone Biles.

Simone Biles reanactment of potential defendants flipping on Trump.

Predictably Trump will try to discredit D.A. Willis and her investigation. As it has been his only response in his 3 previous criminal indictments. At this point, even “the boy who cried wolf” sees Trump’s continual baseless accusations against his Prosecutors as exhausting. So stay tuned, because it appears Willis and her team will have their opportunity to speak the truth, this week in front of a Jury of Trump’s peers.
