N.H. Neo-Natzi Group Faces Civil Rights Suit From A.G. For Terrorizing Drag-Queen Story Hour!!!

(CNN) — “New Hampshire’s attorney general has filed a civil rights lawsuit against 20 members of a neo-Nazi group for violating anti-discrimination laws during a protest outside a drag story hour in June.

Attorney General John M. Formella filed the lawsuit against members of the group NSC-131 Wednesday for attempting “to incite, compel, or coerce the Teatotaller Café,” in Concord, “to cancel a planned drag queen story hour event and to terrorize the café,” according to the complaint.

The group did so “for no other reason than the sex, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity of those performers,” the complaint states.

Emmett Soldati, the owner of the Teatotaller Café, praised the attorney general’s decision to file the lawsuit.

“This investigation, I think, is important for a lot of people that maybe have felt that New Hampshire is a place where this type of activity could just get swept under the rug or forgotten about or not pursued seriously. And this is a strong signal to folks in our community that it is taken seriously at the highest levels of our government,” he told CNN.”

Great News out of New Hampshire today as the State’s Attorney General has announced the filing of a Civil Rights Lawsuit against a group called NSC-131. A Neo-Natzi organization that, as you can see in the video, tried to terrorize the patrons and staff of a local cafe in Concord, New Hampshire. Just because the performer “Juicy Garland”, (wondrous name btw!!) wanted to read family-friendly stories to the locals.

This mask-covered group of subhumans used the event to incite hatred and horrors upon families looking to enjoy a peaceful afternoon gathering. Fueled by ignorance and bigotry this pathetic gang of faceless men has pulled this stunt on multiple occasions, according to the owner. It’s refreshing to see the State’s top legal officials not only condemning their behavior but also taking action to prevent them from further spreading their fascism.

The Scene Outside The Teatotaller On The Day In Question

For too long, this sort of behavior has either been ignored or tolerated in rural communities across this country. I realize Concord is the Capital of New Hampshire, but most of the New England cities in N.H., Vermont, and Maine have a small-town feel to them. Where marginalized communities have faced discrimination in the past from locals. Who would rather, turn a blind eye to the struggles they have endured. Then speak out against the prejudice they’ve witnessed.

The message this Civil Rights Suit sends is that no longer will that type of oppression continue in New Hampshire. I for one am so glad to see that type of progress, although decades overdue, normalizing diversity and denouncing harassment of any form is a good sign. We are all just people trying to live our lives in the way that makes us happy. If you purposely try to take that away from someone else, because they chose a different path, then you are the one with a real problem, not them.
