Threatening Letters Sent To TX Voters Demands Voting For Trump!!!

(My San Antonio.com)–“A political mailer sent to residents of multiple cities across the Lone Star State is going viral for alleged voter intimidation. The mailer includes an ominous threat to notify former President Donald Trump if registered Republicans don’t vote.

The political piece of mail has been delivered to separate ends of the state and has been met with shock and outrage from viewers alleging voter intimidation. Redditors report receiving it in Victoria and Denton — southeast of San Antonio and the northern part of Dallas-Fort Worth, respectively — showing a wide geographic distribution of the letter”.

“Your voting record is public… Your neighbors are watching and will know if you miss this critical runoff election. We will notify President Trump if you don’t vote. You can’t afford to have that on your record,” reads one side of the mailer. On the other side, the mailer states, “Please don’t make us report you to President Trump” and that “President Trump will be VERY DISAPPOINTED.”

(CEO)—I had a few different topics that I was planning on discussing today. That was, until I came across this disturbing report, out of Texas. At that point, all the other issues had to be put on the back burner for now. Because this outrageous story hasn’t received nearly the amount of attention it requires. I don’t know what’s more troublesome. The fact that unsuspecting voters in Texas are receiving threatening letters, demanding they vote for Trump. Or that I had to quote a website called My San Antonio.com as the only source for print coverage, on this statewide problem.

I get that Texas isn’t known as the birthplace of Liberal-leaning investigative journalism. But seriously nobody has yet to track down the culprits behind this blatant voter intimidation. The “America First Conservatives Election Department” is the logo displayed on the mailer. However, a search for that organization wasn’t able to connect the letter with a corresponding group of the same name.

Even the Texas Ethics Commission’s General Counsel, James Tinley claimed in an email to MYSA, “The TEC is generally prohibited from commenting on or even confirming or denying whether a complaint has been filed”. So that avenue appears to be a dead end as they were of no help. This is Texas, after all, so don’t expect much assistance discovering the offenders behind this. Especially not from the corrupt Attorney General Ken Paxton, or his partner in GOP crime, Governor Greg Abbott. It wouldn’t be shocking in the slightest bit if those two crooks were somehow involved themselves.

Someone did utilize the post office to hand deliver these threats, making it a federal crime. Hopefully, Merrick Garland and his crew at the DOJ will have better luck getting to the bottom of this “whodunnit”. Then the good folks over at My San Antonio.com. It’s this purposeful dismantling of the democratic process. Through voter suppression and intimidation tactics that go unchecked. But successfully manipulate some voters who otherwise don’t know any better.

These coordinated attacks on our democracy come in many different forms. So the question remains, when will the mainstream media take time out of reporting biased opinion polling as if it’s groundbreaking news? Instead maybe covering ongoing election interference from Right-Wing political organizations, taking place across America. For a media industry designed around ratings-driven fear-mongering. You’d expect the existence of our democracy’s demise to get the around-the-clock coverage it merits. Because no other single story in this country is as frightening as that reality.
