Must Watch Lincoln Project Commercial
(CEO)—A few weeks ago I wrote a column on how in a shocking turn of events it appears that none of the top Fortune 500 CEOs (Once again NO RELATION 😎👍) intend to vote for Donald Trump. Despite his promises of tax cuts for the wealthy and corporate deregulations throughout the government. Even with Trump dangling that cherry that goes perfectly on top of the corporate greed sundae. It was Trump’s overall lack of sanity that frightened executives nationwide, away. So as Trump takes to Truth-less Social to post threats of treason prosecutions against media outlets. You would hope the industry leaders would recognize just how dangerous a second Trump term would be for the entire free press and respond accordingly.
The same way business tycoons understood tax cuts and deregulation are short-term strategies to increase their profit margins. But when compared to the long-term catastrophic effects Trump’s policies will produce worldwide. Those big-picture executives took into account that the, burnt-orange-cologne and B.O.-flavored, Trump-juice was never worthy of the squeeze. Fingers crossed the media bigwigs have a similar come-to-Jesus realization without all the accompanying Christian Nationalism baggage.
For years Trump has proclaimed that “the press is the enemy of the people”. That’s unless, of course, you’re referring to his in-house propagandists for the GOP. Including Fox News and friends OAN, and Newsmax. Just to name a few of the many right-wing extremist platforms thriving under the MAGA disinformation bubble. Those are the types of networks that will be spared from Trump’s retribution tour. It’s the rest of the mainstream news media who are the ones required to take Trump’s threats seriously. The last time I checked the punishment for treason was death. In comparison, to paying your fair share of taxes and abiding by minimal regulations, it doesn’t sound all that bad, now does it?
Hopefully, impactful commercials like the “Lincoln Project” ad posted above get the nationwide attention it deserves. Not just from the delusional media types neck deep into digging their own graves either. But every single American with the ability to vote needs to witness this with their own two eyes and ears. It’s one thing to read about Trump’s “Project 2025” and chalk it up to fear-mongering rhetoric. Perhaps visualizing how the authoritarian agenda will unfold. Will even cast doubt in the minds of some Trump-leaning voters.
I knew as soon as I watched that dystopian portrayal of America under Trump, that might soon become our reality. It sent shivers up and down my spine forcing me to forward it to all my friends regardless of their party affiliation. Let’s not overlook that lifelong Republicans produced that apocalyptic message. So do your patriotic duty for the country, by simply posting that advertisement, on all your social media accounts and texting it amongst your group chats. At this point, every persuasive example of content is only as influential as the number of viewers it reaches. So be sure your inner circle is fully engaged and informed with all the critical evidence. Because it’s far less violent and bloody of a result, saving our democracy from our potential mistakes. Then, if we’re forced into battle against a tyrannical regime like a MAGA dictatorship. To win back our American Democracy once it’s already been taken away.
