(CEO)—I’ve been exposing Donald Trump’s prejudicial efforts to court Black Voters over the last few months. What has been uncovered is a collection of fraudulent scams and grifts with racist undertones. In an attempt to mislead minorities into believing Trump’s support in their communities is increasingly strong. As each different deceptive example unfolded, it was easily debunked. Yet the one phase of Trump’s racial boondoggle I was struggling to decipher. Was how Trump recruited some of the rap artists that are now firmly aligned with the MAGA brand.
I was convinced there was a middleman in charge of uniting Trump with these mid to low-level famous rappers. Most of whom Trump would personally have the Secret Service forcibly removed from Mar-A-Largo. If Trump ever caught wind of their presence at his home/ gaudy resort prior to their MAGA allegiance. So for it to come to light that Billy McFarland of “Fyre Festival” infamy is the individual orchestrating these relationships. It all now makes so much more sense. Seeing as both Trump and McFarland’s history of defrauding millions would make Frank Abagnale Jr. of “Catch Me If You Can” fame envious.
McFarland, a convicted felon has a reputation that is the Gen Z equivalent of Bernie Madoff. A scam artist who solicited the world-renowned rapper Ja Rule. To swindle thousands of twenty-somethings into handing over a ton of cash for an event that never materialized as promised. Leaving them stranded on a deserted island with barely any food, water, and bathroom facilities. With FEMA tents masquerading as luxury accommodations. It was a nightmarish experience for all those in attendance. So much so that McFarland served a prison sentence for fabricating the details of the entire scenario.
Of course, Trump would look to a younger conman like McFarland. Cut from the same deceitful cloth as Trump himself. To organize and implement a coordinated strategy to manipulate young Black voters into trusting the political opinion of rappers. Recruited specifically to spread MAGA propaganda and to profit off its cult-like base. Let’s not overlook that some of the most popular artists supporting Trump are currently facing prosecution for murder and other violent gang-related crimes. Trump is so racially delusional that he genuinely assumes gang members are the most influential figures in minority neighborhoods. That’s the only reason why any of these individuals are currently on the MAGA payroll.
So just to recap some of the overt racist campaign tactics employed by Trump recently. It originally started with AI-generated pictures of Trump hanging out with fake images of Black people. Some of them had six fingers on their hands as they were posed to appear hanging out on a stoop with Trump. He followed that up by selling overpriced gold high-top sneakers with the Trump logo imprinted for all to see. Then he made prearranged stops at fried chicken joints and bodegas. Filled with Black and Hispanic Republicans working closely with his campaign. Trump even rented out a church in a predominantly Black neighborhood. But he bused in about a hundred mostly white Trump sycophants dressed head to toe in MAGA apparel. Or how can we forget his campaign overtook a barbershop under misleading circumstances. The owner of which was abroad at the time of the photo op and claimed he never agreed to a Trump promotion. Yet Trump still sent his Black MAGA surrogates Tim Scott and Byron Donalds to appear while Trump called in over the phone.
Each one of Trump’s offensive strategies to court Minority voters exposes just how out of touch he truly is. When Trump’s whole opinion of Black culture is based solely upon stereotypes. It proves just how little Trump cares to understand and remedy the actual hardships facing urban communities. Then to hire a swindler like McFarland whose only expertise is manipulating Rappers to aid in spreading a dishonest brand. Both Trump and his young understudy deserve every bit of karmic and legal justice headed their way. Let’s just hope the press does their part by cautioning Minority communities. To be on the lookout for the next MAGA scam. Deliberately targeting Black individuals to vote against their own economic and moral interests is a disturbing reality that requires much more public awareness.
