Benton also arranged a meeting between Trump and the Russian Nationalist whose money was laundered to help Trump’s candidacy. Trump later pardoned the Russian operative Benton as payback for his illegal donations, on his way out of the White House.
Senator Paul and Trump have a lengthy history of collaborating with Vladimir Putin directly and indirectly.
