(CEO)—In case you were wondering if Clay Higgins was always a gigantic piece of shit. I thought I would further discuss his scandalous background. Just so you could get a better perspective of what a habitual lowlife this MAGA Republican’s been his entire life. A former police officer, Higgins was forced to resign after beating up someone in handcuffs and then getting caught lying about his involvement. Although Higgins did officially resign he would have been fired for his overt brutality.
Higgins then began working for another police department where he was known for making “Crime Stoppers Videos” as a public information officer. However, his videos were often scrutinized by the ACLU and his own higher-ups for “using disrespectful and demeaning language”. Higgins was also considered “insubordinate and lacking discipline” by the Sheriff he worked under. Higgins was charged with using his badge and uniform inappropriately for personal profit. He used department resources to support his personal website selling t-shirts and shot glasses. He also would charge other police departments for making speaking engagements. Demanding, off-the-books cash payments, that included shopping sprees for his wife and fuel for a friend’s private jet. All of which he never claimed on his taxes and fraudulently concealed the payments from the IRS.
Higgins is openly homophobic and opposes same-sex marriage and LGTBQ+ rights. He once threatened on Facebook that he would shoot a Black militia group saying he’d “drop any 10 of you where you stand”. His anti-vaccine stance nearly cost him and his wife their lives. After the 2020 election, Higgins signed onto a lawsuit contesting the legitimacy of Biden’s victory. This entitled Dirtbag actually voted against sanctioning Russia for kidnapping Ukrainian children. He then even voted against “The Pact Act” which expanded benefits for Veterans exposed to toxic chemical burn pits during military service. He’s currently on his fourth wife and has been sued on multiple occasions for not paying his child support. On social media, Higgins has been condemned for promoting Auschwitz’s propaganda and threatening to kill BLM activists. Not to mention he unsuccessfully attempted to provoke a January 6th-style attack on Trump’s criminal proceedings in Manhattan.
As you can see Clay Higgins isn’t just some idiot who made a dumb remark and deserves a second chance at redemption. Still, his ongoing disgusting behavior has not only been overlooked by Republicans it’s routinely been celebrated. This pathetic excuse for a man is just par for the course when it comes to the caliber of MAGA elected officials. How any true Christian isn’t offended by Higgins’s lifelong depravity needs to reevaluate their religious conviction. That’s the major difference between the modern-day Democrats and MAGA Republicans. With his problematic resume, Democrats wouldn’t hire Clay Higgins to clean up Porta Potties at an NFL tailgate. But somehow the GOP in Louisiana’s 3rd district believes this is the best possible candidate to represent them in the Federal Government. If that doesn’t speak volumes to you about the current makeup of the political parties. Then you are too incompetent to know better or you’re too corrupt to care. Either way, you are 100% MAGA to your core.
