It’s Time for Democrats To Rally Behind Biden, As Kevin McCarthy Opens Impeachment Inquiry With Zero Evidence!!!

Speaker of The House Kevin McCarthy has caved to pressure from his right flank of the Republican Party to open up an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. McCarthy who wouldn’t have enough votes from his party, stopped short of calling for an impeachment vote to avoid national embarrassment.

This move is just the latest “whataboutism” response to the Republican Party’s leader Donald Trump and his mounting legal troubles. The nine-month-long congressional investigation has produced zero evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden. So instead of admitting that they were not able to find the necessary evidence. Which would certainly be an embarrassment to those Republicans who have slandered the President’s reputation. They have chosen to double down on the baseless allegations and open up a formal impeachment inquiry.

Republicans are so frightened of going into election season with their top Presidential candidate Trump, facing nearly 100 felony indictments. With potential trials taking place throughout the heart of the election cycle. The GOP desperately wants some corruption in the Democratic Party to point to when they will be constantly defending Trump’s behavior.

Their decision to manufacture a false narrative of Biden’s wrongdoings. Is a tactic used to muddy the waters in the eyes of the American Electorate. It’s a clear example of whataboutism and is Republicans’ only hope of winning the 2024 Presidential election. They are well aware that their party has devolved into a shell of its former glory. So they must rely on lies and misinformation to maintain a grip on their fledgling hold on power.

Sadly this cowardly behavior will get the backing of the Conservative Media machine. Faux news outlets such as Fox News, OAN, and NewsMax will churn out propaganda to their MAGA base that is all too willing to believe their lies.

Democratic Officials must not stand for this. In too many instances Democrats allow Republicans to spread misinformation without publicly condemning their lies and promoting the truth. They assume that the American people will see through the 💩 talk coming from Conservatives so they tend to ignore the issues. Well, it’s time for Democrats to get their hands dirty. It’s time to play in the mud with the Republicans. Because that is where this battle is being fought. Democrats can no longer sit in the stands and laugh at the absurdity of the right-wing’s rhetoric. They must go on the offensive and make sure they appear on every single television to clarify the record with the facts.

The more Right-wing false narratives that reach the masses. The more likely it is that misinformation starts to become information that the public regurgitates to their echo chambers. Once that happens Democrats will constantly be in a defensive position that never looks good to voters. Republicans have thrown out any decorum when it comes to politics. So Democrats who attempt to use the moral high ground come off as elitist.

Republicans have thrown out the rule book long ago. They do and say whatever they want with no fear of consequences. So Democrats need to wake up and realize that they aren’t playing the same political game that was played even ten years earlier. This is a different political landscape with no rules. Until the Democrats figure out they need to push their achievements and future goals daily to the public. So every citizen can easily comprehend and recapitulate it back to their circle of people. They will always be caught back on their heels which is no position you want to be in when you’re in a fight.

Democrats have the facts and the truth in their favor but unfortunately, the message isn’t clear enough to convince everyone that is the case. Being complacent because you are morally and ethically superior will not only cost Democrats elections. It could level our country’s democracy with a fatal blow.

When it comes to policy achievements Democrats have accomplished so much during the Biden administration. More than any President in history during the same period of time. Yet the public seems split between him and a criminal who put this country as close to a depression as it’s been since the 1930s. A sexual deviant who attempted to overthrow his own government is tied in the polls with a lovable statesman with a tremendous political record. It’s clear to anyone paying attention that Biden is the only choice in that contest. However, that’s not the case. Democrats must see that a large portion of Americans live within the confines of Conservative propaganda chambers. They must find the will to enter these information sources with their side of things. Ignoring them and refusing to play on the away team’s field will cost us all in the long run. Continually messaging to the same crowd is not the way to expand your base.

Republicans will continue to fabricate false narratives and unjust attacks on Biden and the Democrats. But they know that bringing false information to the whole country will plant enough doubt and suspicion to undermine Democrats everywhere. This impeachment inquiry is nothing more than a daily talking point to distract the voting public from the real issues facing this country. Because Republicans have no policy agenda to speak of. However, if Democrats don’t rally around President Biden as fiercely as Republicans have around Donald Trump. It would be a costly mistake that could cost them more than the election. If Democrats aren’t willing to fight back to save this democracy, they will have no one to blame for its demise but themselves. Because the last two Republican Presidents have run the country and the economy of the world right into the ground. If Trump is given 4 more years, Democrats might not have a chance to bring back the economy from a third collapse under Republicans. Because our democracy may not survive another day of a second Trump reign.
