The Country Waits As The Supreme Court Decides If “Trump To Small” T-Shirt Is Protected Speech!!!

(CNN) — “A political activist’s desire to register a suggestive phrase targeting Donald Trump’s anatomy and policies was at the center of a Supreme Court case heard Wednesday that tests the limits of the First Amendment.

Trump is not a party to the case, but his name was tossed around frequently during oral arguments as the justices weighed whether a federal trademark statute that prevented Steve Elster from registering “Trump Too Small” as a slogan for t-shirts without the former president’s explicit permission runs afoul of the First Amendment.

A majority of the justices appeared inclined to back a decision by the US Patent and Trademark Office to deny Elster the trademark.”

Just as the nation waited with panicked anticipation for the “Dobbs” decision on abortion rights to be announced. People around the country must wait patiently for the highest court in the land to decide whether the “Trump Too Small” T-shirt will be granted a federal trademark on the grounds of free speech. Such a landmark case deserves nothing less than the attention of The Supreme Court.

Honestly, I’m surprised that this case wasn’t fast-tracked given how much people’s day-to-day lives are depending on the outcome. I mean how can the citizens of this divided nation sleep comfortably without knowing if they will be able to buy this T-shirt going into primary season? Being a half-glass full optimist I’m going to overlook the arguments made by a majority of the Justices and pray that they find some clarity before their ultimate judgment.

The thought that these nine people have been granted the ability to make such a profound impact on the country can be overwhelming. Part of me feels that all 3 of the Justices who were appointed by Trump should recuse themselves because there is no possibility that they could co-sign on such a vicious burn on the man who gave them their dream job.

As a citizen who has aspirations of becoming involved in the political T-shirt industry. I will wait with bated breath till the day a ruling comes out. Until then I call for peaceful protests only no matter how invested you and your family are in this fight over “Trump Too Small” memorabilia. However, brace yourself for the possibility that this case may not go in our favor. If that does happen expect a slippery slope of other rights to be taken. If the day comes when they can take our “Trump Too Small” T-shirt rights away, what’s next the MAGA crowd has their “Who Shit My Pants?” Biden shirts taken too? I believe that this just might be the one issue, even in such a divisive climate, that has the potential to unite us all. We The People finally living in harmony with one another because a dick joke saved the day. God Bless America!
