Are Trump’s Lies About Assassination A MAGA Dog-Whistle For Political Violence?!?

(The New Republic)—“Donald Trump is falsely claiming that President Biden was prepared to kill him during the FBI’s search for classified documents at Mar-a-Lago—a nefarious lie given that Trump wasn’t even at the residence on the day of the search. 

A former president claiming their successor tried to kill them is unprecedented, according to The Washington Post. It’s no secret that law enforcement will come armed when enforcing a search warrant. But the FBI has already testified that it chose to search Mar-a-Lago on a day that Trump would not be there in order to prevent any conflict.

So why make such a post? The former president is probably trying to distract from the news Tuesday from an unsealed legal opinion that classified documents were found in his bedroom at Mar-a-Lago four months after the FBI’s initial search.”

(CEO)—Donald Trump and his GOP sycophant bootlickers are now engaging in some extremely dangerous propagandistic rhetoric. That may ultimately lead to real-life violence and or an actual assassination attempt on his political opponents. Taking boilerplate language appearing in every single warrant ever executed served by the FBI. Then manipulated its wording to suggest President Biden ordered a “hit” on him. As a scheme designed to increase Trump’s fundraising efforts. Just another example of Trump’s organized attacks against the fundamentals of American democracy.

Even if you ignore the actuality that Trump was more than a thousand miles away when the raid on Mar-A-Largo occurred. Or that agents were not in tactical gear and wore collard shirts with their weapons concealed. Forgetting that this whole ordeal was self-inflicted by Trump himself and was carefully coordinated with the Secret Service to avoid any potential mishaps. It was widely reported, at the time this seizure took place. The White House, including President Biden, had no prior knowledge of this raid happening. In fact, the same procedures followed at Mar-A-Largo were also deployed at President Biden’s personal residence for identical classified materials purposes.

Since projecting and deflecting are two of the main rationales why Trump feels so entitled to lie in general. Let’s investigate how this type of fabrication benefits Trump in multiple different ways. First, as stated in the article above, it shifts the mishandling documents narrative away from the recent damaging reports containing photographic evidence. Trump’s co-defendant was filmed moving top national security files, some of which were found in Trump’s bedroom. Secondly, Trump’s immunity claim to the Supreme Court implied he was legally privileged to assassinate a political rival without lawful repercussions.

So in Trump’s distorted logic, by convincing his base that President Biden tried to have him killed. Then Trump, in turn, believes he should be allowed to order his own retaliation by executing Biden. As long as Trump’s fellow MAGAT Justices on the Supreme Court rule in his favor on the Presidential immunity case currently under deliberation. Even if that isn’t Trump’s rationale it certainly is a thought he’s planted in the heads of the MAGA extremists. Sharply increasing the threat of political violence, from his supporters to a fever pitch. Purposefully trying to incite a crowd that already struggles with basic realities.

Couple that information with recent judgments from Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Pardoning a convicted premeditated murderer for the killing of a peaceful Black Lives Matter protester. The MAGA movement now feels emboldened to commit violent acts on Democrats, if they honestly believe they won’t face prosecution. Trump has also made this point clear by promising to pardon all the January 6th violent insurrectionists. Why wouldn’t MAGA radicals, hear this as a right-wing dog whistle to exact revenge against the party’s enemies?

So for anyone out there disregarding this kind of rhetoric from Trump as merely reprehensible lingo. They just aren’t paying close enough attention to the underlying divisive crisis unfolding. Trump and his allies are spitting in the face of our democracy, justice system, and the rule of law. Tearing apart the American norms for which this country relies upon to function properly. All for the self-serving interests of madman hell-bent on destroying everything this nation has stood for, for nearly 250 years. All to possess limitless power to line his pockets with unlimited cash and anoint himself as the Supreme Leader. The only thing standing in his way is We The People. So if he does succeed in the end, we’ll have nobody to blame for this but our own apathy.
