By raising public awareness that Vice President Harris is ready, willing, and able to do the job as President if called upon. It builds confidence among the part of the electorate stressed Biden will only serve out a second term in a “Weekend At Bernie’s” type scenario. So if Biden sticks to his guns and remains in the race because he feels it’s the proper decision. Democrats can abandon this nonsensical infighting and concentrate on the task at hand. Beating Trump in a head-to-head election. Regardless of which way the cookie crumbles with Biden. Kamala Harris is a vital part of this campaign’s success. So the Biden/Harris 2024 camp’s strategy should embrace Harris taking a heightened role in a second Biden term.

Biden polls as a much stronger Democratic candidate among the elderly and white male voters. Which is commonly a Republican stronghold in recent elections. Harris on the other hand polls favorable with minorities and women. So why would you want to split up a ticket with such wide overall appeal? If both Biden and Harris benefit each other they should be advertised as a package deal. Although the media is hell-bent on dividing Democrats. There’s no reason why Democrats should willfully participate in our own political demise.
Until the national scrutiny shifts back onto Project 2025 and the threat of a Trump dictatorship. Kowtowing to the will of the pundit’s circle-jerk is doing a huge disservice to our democracy. Every single moment wondering whether Biden will, drop out or not, is time spent aiding Trump’s campaign. Instead of forecasting the sitting President will backpedal away from the most personal commitment of his lifetime. A pointless and distracting argument during the homestretch of this election season. Let’s just continue building up the reputation of both Harris and Biden together. Creating a more formidable duo for Trump to beat. The longer media-inspired controversies are being force-fed to its viewers. This will only end up further sabotaging the Biden/Harris brand.
Let’s not forget for as bad as Joe Biden’s approval ratings are among Americans. Kamala Harris’s numbers are even lower so replacing the President doesn’t magically fix the Trump crisis. Biden does need Harris now more than ever though. So my hope is for the campaign to allow her to flourish in her role. The time has come for the Democratic Party to stand united against the press and Trump’s fascist agenda. Otherwise, if this divisive futile distraction consumes the Democrats from within, our Democracy will fall. So put your game face on because each and every one of us has an obligation to safeguard the outcome of this election.
